Guten Tag!!  My name is Cameron, and this is my blog.

Before we go any further, I will explain the origins of my blog name.  Basically, Cam Dog is a pseudo nickname I received during my (later) education years, and although it never really stuck, I felt I may as well put it to good use.

I decided to start a blog mainly for two reasons – as an outlet for my writing, and as an area to generate topics and debate.  I’m not usually one for confrontation, but if I feel strongly about a particular issue, I tend not to hold back in my views, which some may view as controversial.  That’s fine by me – the more topics and debate I can generate, the better.

So please, sit back, relax and enjoy what I have to offer.  I’ll try my best not to disappoint, but I’m not promising anything…
